How many of you have spent a Saturday afternoon with a beer in hand, jamming to video games? How many of you have already spent a Saturday afternoon costumed and drinking with us for charity? Now you can do both and compete for the coveted Rock Band Golden God Award at the first ever SMASHED School of Rock Band Competition! Check out this great event at Solly’s U Street Tavern on Saturday, May 31 at 2pm.
Enjoy tasty $2 PBRs and other drink specials, along with cook out style dogs and burgers.
For a $50 entry fee, a limited number of 4-person teams will compete against each other in the Rock Band video game. Of course your entourage and fans should be there to cheer you on!
Rock Band tabulates the "official" score, but we've added a 20% score factor for flair – determined by our celebrity judges (think local sports teams!) Your entourage could make the difference!
